A man wearing a bearded cap escaped from the lynching in Ahmedabad and an FIR under IPC 294(b), 427 and 135 of the Gujarat Police Act has been registered at Sola police station.

Later he was beaten with a pipe, fortunately no one was hurt but the meter of the rickshaw was broken, its hood was torn, then the rickshaw puller dropped the passenger and Amo came to the court to meet the lawyer and reported the entire incident. Regarding this incident, lawyer Mr. Imtiyaz Khan along with the rickshaw puller and other colleagues went to meet the Pathan Police Commissioner. As the Commissioner was in the meeting, Police Inspector Damor Sahib of the control room took interest and took information from his team about which police station was in the area and then it was decided when Sola Police Station was to come. Sola Police Inspector Gadhvi Sahib called and reported the whole incident and after that all colleagues reached Sola Police Station, there Sola Police Inspector Gadhvi Saheb realized the seriousness of the matter and immediately IPC 294(b),427, Section 294(b) Gujarat Police Act 135 An FIR was registered under The entire legal team of the Minority Rights Forum received tremendous support during this process, which led to an immediate FIR being registered by the police.
