More than 90 objection petitions have been filed by the residents of Chharanagar Road – Kubernagar area in the office of Assistant Estate Officer / ACTDO – North Zone – AMUCO, MEMCO. These objection petitions are mainly against the discrimination against the residents living in the said area by the AMU Co. The surveyor of the above department has done biased marking. He has marked for implementation of TP from the main gate of people’s houses ignoring the center side of the road. Besides, one side of the road has 18 feet marking and the other side has 5 feet marking. There is TP marking of 18 to 20 feet where Chharanagar residents live and less than 5 feet marking on the opposite road side where other caste people live which is a biased work of AMUCO surveyor. Also the Sadar road is not straight but curvy yet the surveyor has marked it straight on the assumption that the road is straight. By which all the housing deductions of the residents can be taken, this is an open not good behavior of the surveyor.
